Osaka Nightride/Leader @ Brotures
A few shots from last week on a nighttride in Osaka with Brad. We dropped into the Brotures store to drool over their ultra cool, bank breaking builds...
They had a display of the new 2015 Leader Bikes taking center stage...
There were other bikes apart from the Leader's on display too...
Back out on the street there are signs advising us to lock it or lose it...
So we locked it...
A fun night, cheers to Brad and thanks to the Brotures staff who are always friendly and let us take photos.

Sundown Spin
A beautifully clear day for a spin as the sun went down around the Nara Cycle Road...
Unseasonably warm weather and a very, very slight hint of spring in the air...
Possibly the best photo we'll take this year...
Rain forecast today. Ho hum, Etc.

Batting Night Ride
Out with the Guell crew last Friday for a quick night ride across town...
The destination was the Nara Batting Center in Koriyama to practice those swings...
A few rounds in the nets...
...And then back on the bikes for the return journey across Nara...
One night we may actually get some decent shots on one of these rides! Next month the Guell night ride will be the epic climb of Mount Wakakusa, stay tuned to the Guell Nara blog for details.

Sunday Ride
Hooking up with Pete yesterday for a Sunday cruise around town. We did the tourist thing and headed up to the deer park, checking in on the deer "prison" first...
Obviously it's not really a prison. It is the headquarters of the Deer Protection Foundation where the injured/pregnant or naughty deer are kept...
Then we took a walk around the UNESCO World Heritage listed Kasuga Shrine...
On the ride back into town we stopped by Kofuku-ji for a few quick bike/pagoda/deer photos...
The all important coffee stop at the superb 36 Coffee Workshop...
Rounding off the afternoon with a few "interesting" sites around the local shops...
Cheers Pete!
