All seemed normal as the riders lined up for the 10th and final race...
Then, after the pacer dropped out the race appeared to get a little physical with the riders seeming to be goading each other into an early sprint...
A lot of jostling and nudging going on...
Then on the final lap the inevitable happened with Nara's own Yuji Ariama going down. Thankfully he was able to walk to the stretcher and did not seem to be too badly hurt...
