The first signs of spring were visible yesterday as we took a quick ride around Nara koen. A few early blossoms are on the trees...
The grass is getting greener....
And the shika are shedding their winter coats...
A quick rest up at the hidden gem that is the
Naramachi-ten-jinja shrine...
And then back down through the park...
And in other news, this year's
Tour Of Japan dates have been announced, starting again in Sakai Osaka on May 18th and going round Japan for a week before the final stage in Tokyo. Weather permitting we will be at the first stage and possibly some of the others.
