The stand that really took our interest at this year's
Cycle Mode was the
Panasonic one, for many reasons, they are local, they have a long history of making beautiful bikes and if we keep mentioning how much we like them maybe, one day, they will let us have one for free!
The outside of their stand was showing off some of their range of hybrids, roadies and tourers...
While inside was given over to showing off some of their seriously nice team and pro bikes...
...And detailing what is available via their
P.O.S custom order system where you can choose every individual part of the build from the groupset, be it road or cross etc...
...To the paintjob. Maybe a solid colour...
...Or stand out with a graduation or fire detail...
Our personal favorite was the lug mask...
Speaking of
lugs, choices and weights were on display too...
And just as we thought our want list had been filled with enough new bikes to lust after we discovered that
Panasonic are now making titanium cross bikes! With open mouthed awe we stood staring at this beauty...
Of course there is a full Dura Ace road option too....
All in all the Panasonic booth at the show was our favorite, maybe we are a little biased but when they are making such nice bikes on our home turf we feel we should be biased. On the very slim chance that anyone from Panasonic will be reading this we will take the Ti Cross in a 56, onegaishimasu!
